Boukje.com Consulting BV (BCC)
BCC is a young and dynamic small consulting agency, which was founded at the end of 2007 as Boukje.com and extended into Boukje.com Consulting BV in 2010. BCC assists organisations with their search for funding their research and development in order to create new business. For example, Boukje.com supports companies and research institutes in developing research proposals, building cooperative R&D consortia and carrying out project management. BCC has accumulated over 15 years of experience in the field of PV, related to successfully developing and launching technology, with its expertise in carrying out (costs, ecologic, legal) assessments in national and European projects, and in supporting consortia with carrying out their dissemination, exploitation and replication strategies.
During her career, the founder of BCC (Boukje Ehlen), has gained experience and knowledge in the field of economic and ecologic assessments, in projects like Solsilc (FP5), SPURT (CRAFT, FP6), Foxy (STREP, FP6), Solsic Demonstrator (FP6, TREN-Demo). BCC is currently participating in a Eurostars project (ModerN-type) and 2 EC-funded FP7 projects (REEcover) and (CoSSMic).
Within the project, BCC will lead WP7 and will provide the exploitation and dissemination manager for this project. BCC will coordinate the dissemination activities as set out in the communication plan, and will create a link between the IP directory, the communication plan and the need for dissemination in order to exploit the results. BCC will support the industry partners with their exploitation of results, by providing support in new business development and Intellectual Property Rights expertise.
Moreover, with its vast experience in project management for European projects, BCC will support the coordinator with everyday management and administration.

Boukje Ehlen, MSc. CEO of Boukje.com Consulting (female) received her M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management Science, from the Eindhoven Technical University in 2000. She has managed a large number of European projects, as her work as a consultant for a New Business Development Company (Willems & van den Wildenberg), project manager at ECN Solar, and now as CEO of Boukje.com, a company specialising in supporting organisations that venture into new business and into European proposals and projects.
Otto Paans, MA, Co-director Boukje.com Consulting (male) Otto Paans received his MA cum laude from the Utrecht School of Visual Arts and Design in The Netherlands in 2012. He has a background in landscape architecture and urban planning as well as consultancy focused on European projects. He has formerly worked as landscape designer, graphic designer and consultant. He is currently co-director of Boukje.com and has contributed to a large number of European proposals. In 2014, he published the book Situational Urbanism with Prof. Ralf Pasel from the TU Berlin, where is currently pursuing a PhD degree. In addition, he is active in the FP7 projects that BCC is currently involved in.
